play the audible instruction tapes and then all night long while
you sleep. The gentle ocean sounds on your CD are designed not only
for 3-D listening enjoyment, but so that they can be played while
you're watching television, sleeping and/or doing anything else.

re-enforcement of the language tapes will enhance both the speed
and ease at which you acquire the skills taught in your language
set. Indeed, our research has included a double blind study where
factual material was re-enforced subliminally and the results showed
marked improvement on the ensuing factual examination.
